3. Set Up Dues (ACH Form)

Dues are automatically deducted on the 15th of each month via ACH. Fill out this form with your bank's routing and account number, sign it, and get it to an officer.

Joined too late in the month for your ACH form to process before the next cycle? Pay your first month directly instead.

Dues are $55.00. Paying by card here adds a separate 2% card processing fee ($1.10), shown as its own line item at checkout. Only use this if instructed to.

4. Register a CPFF Account

The Colorado Professional Fire Fighters (CPFF) site has its own account, separate from your IAFF membership.

  1. Go to cpff.org new user registration.
  2. The top of the page is an "Existing User Login" box — ignore that. Scroll down just below it to the section labeled "New User Registration!"

5. Professional Fire Fighter License Plates (optional)

Colorado offers Professional Fire Fighter license plates to active IAFF/CPFF members for cars, trucks, and motorcycles. The application fee is a donation to the CPFF — the CPFF doesn't make or sell the plate itself. The DMV controls the plate and its fees. CPFF verifies you're an eligible member and mails you an embossed certificate, which you bring to the DMV to get the actual plate.
